MAssages We Offer

Myofascial Release and Structural Alignment Massage

This is our hallmark therapeutic massage. It uses the most advanced myofascial release techniques to restore mobility and promote homeostasis. It utilizes very little to no oil at all, to achieve structural alignment and relieve pain. This massage is suited for people with functional imbalances and body misalignments.

The "Fascia Body"

Sports & Deep Tissue Massages

The sports massage Is designed to relieve pain from different sport injuries or trauma. It releases the muscles, tendons and fascia by utilizing techniques that target the overused structures of the body. Our deep tissue massage helps to relieve tension in the areas of the body that are injured, sore or overworked. It realigns deeper layers of muscles and tissues through slow, pressured strokes. You might be a bit sore on the following day.

Therapeutic Arnica Oil Massage

In this type of massage we use Arnica Massage Oil to add the benefit of Arnica plant to the therapeutic effect of the massage. Arnica is well known for its healing properties, especially with bruising, strains, and sprains. Arnica is also known to open the blood capillaries, enhancing blood supply to various organs and tissues, thus helping with recovery and rejuvenation. Arnica Montana has been used for centuries as a holistic remedy. Add Arnica Massage Oil to any other type of remedial massage

We use Arnica Massage Oil for this type of remedial massage

Therapeutic CBD Massage

CBD Massage Therapy uses a lotion that contains Cannabidiol (CBD) oil to relax the muscles and provides pain relief. CBD binds to the natural receptors in the human body to render benefits such as aiding in anxiety and pain perception. The CBD lotions we use contains Micellar Nanoparticle Technology (MNP). MNP technology enhances the surface area for absorption, allowing more CBD to be absorbed into the skin over a 24 hour period, which eliminate the soreness after a deep tissue massage.

We use CBD-oil lotion for this type of remedial massage

Micellar Nanopartical Technology helps deep tissue CBD absorption

Foot Massage for Plantar Fasciitis Release

This type of massage works to free the entangled and inflamed connective tissues on the sole of your foot. We utilize active isolated stretching and other therapeutic techniques to promote healing.

Foot Massage

The therapist works on releasing the fascia of the sole of the foot. Maximum duration for this massage is 30min. Please note, this massage is only offered as a part of a 60min massage, or as addition to any other massage.

Prenatal Massage

This massage is designed to relieve the heavy pressure and sometimes pain that the fetus places on the body of the Mother-to-be. During pregnancy, many ligaments and tendons stretch to accommodate the growing fetus, causing aches and pains for the mother. Performed in the most comfortable side lying position, we work to soothe these areas and promote pain relief for the mother.

Prenatal Massage

The pregnant client is placed in the side position for most comfort.
